What, Series NEWS?

I haven’t written anything lately on current anime series and OVA developments, but I was scrolling through MOON PHASE and came across the first volume of an OVA set to release:

D.C.I.F. ~Da Capo If~ This is only a tentative title, and I did some scrounging around to find that it’s based off the first series, and will feature Kotori, the school idol that can read people’s thoughts. It’s shipping with the recent boxset of the entire first and second season in Japan.

Another OVA shipping this month is kissxsis Zero kara Hajime you! (Start from Zero!), about a boy and his forbidden love between his two step-sisters. The manga was illustrated by the same guy who did Mahoromatic.

Kowarekake no Orgol centers on an unsuccessful musician who meets a mysterious girl. It’s self produced by the artist for the Moetan books.

Ichigo Marshmallow encore goes to DVD next month. Expect cuteness.

Zettai Shougeki Platonic Heart is a OVA series about 11 women and girls racing to obtain a jewel that can grant a wish. The show features the designer Jin Happobi, the guy behind the boin and other hentai OVAs.

Despite the fact it creeps the hell out of me, Kodomo no Jikan 2nd Semester 1st Subject comes out soon. Ugh.

As a side note, Japanese socialites Koko and Mika Abunai are releasing their DVD soon, and you can get it in English. They were at some con not that long ago promoting it.
