Akikan! Episode 11

Akikan! Episode 11: “Shaken! The Strongest Akikan!”

Summary: Budouko has disappeared, leading Misaki to question Kakeru and Melon about her whereabouts. Later that evening, Yell senses someone nearby and finds that it’s Budouko, only her pupils are glazed over. They battle but Yell inevitably loses when another akikan appears. The battle puts Najimi in the hospital, where Airin already is. Airin tells them about the strongest akikan, one who attacks regardless of whether her opponent is a steel or aluminum can. Bizarro-Yell challenges Melon to a duel as well but she ends up being defeated by the mysterious can and absorbed, similar to how both Yell and Budouko were absorbed.

Thoughts: Looks like their starting the two episode plot. A lot of harem anime are infamous for this, some examples being Amaenaideyo! and Magikano. An OVA for this show has already been green-lit as well. This show will probably wrap up without a clear romantic conclusion and the OVA will probably be a beach episode or something cliche like that.
